I first read about the therapy and wanted to see if it could help me with my acne. To my surprise my cystic acne, those bumps deep in the skin, would come to a head by the next day. 11/04/2010: Mom from Apopka, Fl, Usa replies: "I stumbled over UT today.. I have been doing al lot of reading... My elbow was dry from sitting at the computer day after day, I put some UT on it and Ta Da- It's soft again after the 2nd application today!! (I had tried really expensive lotions for months and they didn't work!)

I started having dark circles under my eyes, so I put some there that helped too, after 2 xs it already seems a little better. I'm going to try it a few days and I'll let you know. Then I finally got brave and brushed my teeth with it. I will do this every day for a week and I'll let you know how it goes. My sister was just tested and she found out she has NO calcium left in her bones and her teeth are breaking, I know she would freak out if I told her about this so I am going to order her a book and mail it to her about this anonymously. OK, I drank some... To be honest I have asthma and have had brochettes for over 2 months. I went to my local pharmacy and he told me to use "onion juice and honey" overnight in a container leave it in the re-fridge overnight, and it seems to be working. But now that I have done this too, I am REALLY hoping to get better soon. Oh and one more thing... Try it on your arthritis, I have it in my elbow, wrist and knuckles, (same arm as dry skin on elbow) and guess what - yup, it doesn't hurt anymore! I will be applying that every day! I may try the lavender oil drop trick I read about here to cover any odour, however I don't smell any. Good health to all! "
09/17/2010: Carlos from Barcelona, Spain replies: "Hi I’m in the 3rd day of drinking urine. I still feel embarrassed to say I don’t dislike the taste that much. Think of it as water and salt, that pretty much what it is. Well I'll keep reporting but today... I've started seeing some results not only immediate as I stated above. The thing is I had a glass early in the morning. I had finished my regular breakfast and I had to do some stuff out so I decided to have breakfast in a cafe or something. The thing is I went to do the stuff I had to do post office and stuff and just forgot I didn’t have breakfast. BUT I realized that I was walking and my legs felt lighter not heavy, I mean like when I was 16. I was backing home around 13:30 after lot shopping and walking around town and that when I realized I didn’t have breakfast at all! I was full of energy not tired, not dizziness or anything.
I’m also less lazy about doing things. Usually it takes me a lot of thinking and planning to just go outside and buy whatever. I always home lazy. Now it’s not a big deal for me to get out the sofa if you know what I mean... I got that positive feeling about doing anything. Another thing I realize is the effects on mind and mood definitely. Anybody with depression should try this. I feel kind of younger, less stressed. Another thing that I share in case it can help someone with an addiction. We all have one or another. I don’t consume drugs or play casinos but I have an addiction that doesn’t hurt anybody but I don’t think is healthy at all. Excessive masturbation. Once or twice a day minimum. Since I started UT I don’t feel the urge to do it. I don’t know the reason why I was doing it that much, some hormone imbalance I believe. But I’ve been off from it for 4 days and I really don’t feel like doing it doesn’t have that urge or crave if you want. And I’m so happy with that cause lately I felt like a slave of it. I really could not control avoid it even for a day, morning or night. Right now imp in front the computer and I’m going to go to bed and I don’t need to do it, still can’t believe it but looks like I had a problem and its solved
So I look beautiful, less tired, less stressed, less lazy, and it looks I’m getting rid of the only addiction I had. Give it a try give it 3 or 4 days. Sometimes I drink not only morning but another shot during the day. I truly think what is said in ancient India is true. Just seeing the benefits of this in just a few days I can believe you can get extremely healthy and strong physically and mentally if you follow a UT morning routine for months. 09/15/2010: Carlos from Barcelona, Spain replies: "Hello I had wrote yesterday to report the beautifying properties of urine had on my skin. Ok after few more days now my skin is so even that I'm 29 years old but look like 16. I think the worst thing about this remedy is not be able to tell your loved ones. I've heard that old urine 4 days old is better on the skin but Ive found no way to hide it from my family yet. After tasting it and gargling yesterday morning today I was able to swallow urine. My advice to beginners is just that. Don’t try to drink it the first day cause you won't. You will have nausea or feel bad about it afterwards from your close-minded education. Start by getting familiar with it, taste your finger. The use it as a mouthwash. And one day you will be ready to drink it. I've read the Indian text from 5000 years before Christ. I believe the benefits from this are not strictly nutritional. I felt a well being feeling right after drinking it. Sense improvement specially ears. Stress relief. I did meditate for about 10min afterwards. It’s going to be my daily morning routine and I advice it to everyone. Just drink it sit in your sofa and give yourself 10 min of relax before starting your day focusing in your breathing.
