Urine Therapy - The Alternative Medicine

Today marked the 15th day of using the urine therapy. I have consumed about 50 ml of my urine each morning. Have also applied urine on my face and left it for about 15 - 30 minutes before washing my face.

I have realised that my complexion has become better and softer. Some wrinkles and age-spots, white spots have amazingly gone.

The decision was tough initially, but through these 15 days, I have also found that I could sleep better and have been more alert throughout the day. Felt very fresh each day.
