Urine Therapy: back to the body

By M. Francisca Beseler, AreaSalud. Chile.

The Urine Therapy, a technique curative than in-but-hardly believe the ingestion of one's own urine to heal diseases.

Despite that, for many, may be somewhat repulsive the idea, the followers of this practice say it helps the body to better balance baseline, strengthens the immune system and cure diseases.

Did you know that urine is an excellent healing of wounds and that if drunk in fasting can help cure diseases? This, for some that may seem strange and even repulsive, is what is called Urine Therapy or Urine Therapy latter is the name scientists.

This technique is based on the ingestion of one's own urine to purify the body and cure diseases.

As explained in AreaSalud pharmaceutical chemistry and Mexican biologist Sonia Rodriguez, author of "Urine Therapy", and president of the organization "Paradise of Health AC," Urine contains compounds that deliver numerous health benefits:

It helps raise the production of natural antibodies and strengthens the immune system. Returns to the body vitamins and minerals that are eliminated through urination. In case of illness, take urine fasting, heartburn adequate returns and increases production of insulin. It helps maintain the balance baseline, due to the high contribution of minerals such as sodium and magnesium, which the body fails to metabolize. If implemented in wounds or burns, is an excellent natural healing.

Purification after

According Ines Sorokina, Russian model living in Chile, and user of this system, Urine Therapy helps to stay healthy. She uses this technique-five years ago and explained to AreaSalud-before starting treatment, he had to undergo a purification.

"Both the liver and intestines accumulate a series of sediments that remain attached to the inner walls of these organs. That is why, before I begin Urine Therapy undergo a purification of 5 days consisted of food and stop eating only drink water, fruit juices, particularly apple-and natural herbs, "he explains.

"The purification was also reunited with our own body, so we apply massage with our own urine and must maintain nudity as a way to accept our body, and thus lose disgust to the urine."

Treatment

When the agency removes sediment internally, people can begin to drink his urine in small amounts, beginning with 50 ml. a day, until all the glasses you want.

But, as explained pharmaceutical chemistry Sonia Rodriguez Gomez, the idea is to start gradually, so that the body gets used to and that people lose their disgust at the taste of urine.

In addition, the expert recommends that people who follow the Urine Therapy conducting fasts in which only drink urine. "The fasting should last for 3 or 4 days each month. This is just stop eating and ingesting urine (up to two liters) and water. This can cause diarrhea, but it's normal, as well as the body is purified," he explains.

In the case of children, chemistry recommends that they take urine accompanied by fruit juices and honey. In the case of those under 18 is not recommended conducting fasts, as they grow.

For both adults and for children, the expert advised to take the first urine in the morning and do it before they spend 15 minutes after urinating.

The chemical adds that this treatment may continue as anyone and, according to numerous studies, is not found to have contraindications to drink urine, but a lot of benefits.

"In fact, in Russia until the year 1937 was produced a concentrated urine of pregnant women was used to cure impotence in men," explains Sorokina.

The chemistry adds: "this is our own urine, water and organic compounds, vitamins and minerals, why should not scare the idea to try this technique that helps heal illnesses and stay healthy."

The Urine Therapy

The combination of Urine Therapy -the ancient art of healing with urine-is becoming in some countries in Latin americas an alternative medicine for high efficiency and low cost.

Notimex (02-02-99) .- Lima .- The combination of Urine Therapy -the ancient art of healing with urine-and-formulations at the request of customers-is becoming in some countries of Latin in a americas alternative medicine high efficiency and low cost.

According to Peruvian doctor Juan Sendón, specialist treatment, urine is sterile and antiviral action, antineoplastic, antispasmodic, anticonvulsants, antiallergenic, diuretic and cardiovascular stimulant.

Sendón, including chemical and pharmaceutical consultant biochemist in Spain, Venezuela and Canada, and settled for 25 years in Caracas, has modernized with homeopathy practice of the ancient Urine Therapy, known by Chinese, Japanese and ancient Peruvians.

The benefits of the Urine Therapy is a practice almost unknown to modern man, but still practiced by the peasants of the country's Andean highlands.

He explained that urine used in the treatment is the first in the morning, balanced and prepared in drops in a tablespoon without sweeten lemonade, "which makes its impact felt fortifiers the third day of starting treatment."

Treatments with urine dating from the time of Egyptian pharaohs. The Treaty of Lamas in Tibet recommend giving the urine to a sick baby, starting just a few drops that are increasing every day, said Sendón, a member of the American Nutritional Medical Association.

He commented that it takes nine months on this therapy each day and slowly increasing his dose. "I feel strengthened, hardly recognize me," he said. The Urine Therapy is to give the patient a dose of his own urine, as a auto-vacun, since urine is not a waste-it does not come by the intestines, but a filter of the constitution similar to blood serum and the amniotic fluid.

"By filtering the blood in our body and produced urine, are eliminated surplus of hormones, enzymes, amino acids

Urine Therapy

Today marked my 98th day on Urine Therapy

An introduction to urine therapy’s amazing effectiveness in treating a wide array of physical complaints.

• Contains effective treatments for acne, asthma, hair loss, indigestion,
infections, migraines, warts, wrinkles, and many other common ailments.

• Examines the historical use of urine therapy in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

• Includes a program for overcoming initial aversion to urine therapy.

If you are like most people, trained from their earliest years to regard urine as a mere waste product, the thought of using it for its healing powers may seem shocking. Yet urine has long played an important role in the holistic medical traditions of societies all over the world, and is even mentioned in the Ebers Medical Papyri of ancient Egypt. For centuries people have been availing themselves of urine’s incredible curative powers for ailments ranging from anemia to warts. Urine is free, sterile, and acts homeopathically to "prepare" the immune system.
Urine Therapy includes many case histories of people who have successfully treated their ailments with urine, along with cogent explanations of why urine does what it does, how to ensure that the wastes flushed out with your urine aren’t taken back in, and why urine may be the best tonic available for your immune system. In addition to protocols for using urine to treat a wide array of diseases, the book offers a program that teaches you step-by-step to overcome any initial aversion to urine therapy. Still playing an important role in the medical systems of countries as diverse as Germany, Japan, and India, this surprising health treatment has been gaining popularity in the United States.

The First World Conference - Urine Therapy

The First World Conference
In 1996, a group of urine therapists put on the First World Conference of Urine Therapy.
Held in India, the conference on the art of drinking urine brought together doctors, scientists, practitioners and believers into one room to exalt the benefits, seek out the contradictions, and bring awareness, drive and inspiration to a deepened scientific study of this clandestine cure.
They read testimonials of miraculous recoveries. They reviewed the studies of urine and its components. They compared their own experiences, treatments and applications. They found no contradictions.
Found in the ancient Vedic culture of Hinduism, urine therapy holds another name, Shivambu Kalpa Vidhi, or The Waters of Shiva. In the five thousand year-old Damar Tantra text, the writings recall Shiva as he unleashes his secrets of a healthy mind, body and soul to his wife, Parvati.
The text, or sutra, is one of the oldest known documents on healing, one that directly encompasses one’s own body-the ailment and the cure as one. It claims no association with external remedies, but solely describes the power and wisdom of the body under healthy eating habits.
It was Mahatma Gandhi who spoke:
The human body is the best portrayal of the universe in miniature. Whatever does not exist in the human body cannot be found in the universe, and whatever exists in the universe can be found in the human body.
Not only does the Vedic culture find complete truth within one’s own being, but ancient medical scriptures of the Egyptians, Chinese, Aztecs and Christians hint at this secret. In Proverbs 5:15 of the Old Testament, it is He who lets it be known: Drink water from thy own cistern, and the streams of thy own well.
The Workings Of The Body
What comes to mind is shit and piss, two ways of excreting toxins from the body.
The former-yes.
The latter-no.
When it comes to the process of making urine, there is one large misunderstood nomenclature: Urine is dirty. It picks up all your body’s dirty liquids and whizzes them into a smelly bowl. It’s crap. But what you forgot about is this baroque process.
We eat. We drink. We ingest and we digest. Solid matter is sent into the stomach, churned, macerated and spit out from the intestinal tracks after absorbing the good, the bad and the ugly. With liquids, most, if not all, are absorbed into the bloodstream.
From there they flow around, swimming like Chinese fighting fish. Through the limbs, the core, from the spine into the skull, within the tongue and around-the substances of our blood are everywhere before entering its first cleansing phase. This would be the liver.
With health, all things operate accordingly; on time, in rhythm. As the blood enters the liver it becomes the stone within the refinery. The liver is the detoxifier of our blood, removing poisonous products, secreting them or storing waste in the gall bladder, which ends up as bile.
From here, the blood flows to the kidneys. Coen van der Kroon, in his urine therapy guide Golden Fountain, describes how “they remove all superfluous vital substances from the blood, and filter out a surplus of water.”
These leftovers are the diamonds emerging from the refinement. They are the matter that form urine-simply the leftovers from the body’s water and nutrients. And a healthy diet is key.
A Cure For Life’s Ills?
Despite varying ranges of lifestyles, urine at best is an elixir; it is the water of life.
In J.W. Armstrong’s The Water of Life, homeopath and naturopath Ellis Barker quotes that “our body distills the most wonderful medicines and provides the most perfect serums and antibodies.” In fact, the list of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and hormones runs long.
One of these powerful byproducts is urea; an organic compound of carbamide containing carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen.
With this knowledge, pharmaceuticals have discreetly capitalized on urine’s power, incorporating urine in anti-cancer prescriptions as well as blood-clot dissolvers, ointments, hand creams, lotions and soaps.
Your very own urine is known to have a significant effect on the following diseases:
Adrenal failure, AIDS/HIV, allergies, cancer, candida, colds & flu symptoms, colitis, dandruff, diabetes, diarrhea, ear & eye troubles, eczema, gangrene, gout, heart disease, hepatitis, herpes, hyperactivity, jaundice, lupus, mononucleosis, multiple sclerosis, pancreatic insufficiency, psoriasis, rashes, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica, warts and more.
Research remains limited, and the guesses as to why are as many as urine’s benefits. If humankind began sipping, fasting, massaging, gargling, douching, eye and ear-dropping, sniffing, injecting, compressing, rubbing, bathing, shampooing and giving oneself an enema all with one’s own urine, doctors would become unneccesary.
The pharmaceutical industry would collapse. Chemicals would be cleansed from peoples’ bodies. Man & woman would be healthy, strong and immune. And the billions of dollars going toward the chemical-dependent world could be spent on more worthwhile causes – like education.
A holy temple. An elixir. The cause and effect in one. The ailment and medicament together.
Your body’s urine is anything but wasteful. It is the gift, sanctified through the internal processes and given to you once more for complete health, detoxification and rejuvenation.

Auto-Urine Therapy (AUT)

What is it exactly
Auto-urine therapy (AUT) is the use of urine (pee, pee pee, piss), your own in most cases to cure your ills naturally and can be used either internally or externally.
Internally
This involves drinking your urine to cure internal problems like colds and stomach upsets. Other uses such as urine eye drops and urine enemas fall into this category but are less widespread. Never try to inject urine as this could be fatal.
When using urine for internal treatment the general opinion is the fresher the better, you can pee strait into a coffee cup or pitcher and drink. However some people prefer to leave it long enough to cool, this works just as well. It is also advisable to use the first urine of the day, the optimal time being between 4 am and 6 am so if you get up in the night to go to the toilet, have a jug handy.
Externally
This concerns the treatment of skin condition and other external problems where there urine is rubbed into the skin like a salve. This can be used on rashes, athletes foot or to moisturise and rejuvenate skin (it is 95% water).
When ‘creating’ this treatment most people people think it is better to leave urine to be used externally for around 4 days as older urine has a slightly different make-up. So when you need to go, maybe store it in a jug then keep it somewhere cool dry and out the way until it is ready.
Wait a minute, my own urine! Thats weird isn’t it?
Not at all its a age old safe remedy that manly water after all urine is only water with about 2.5% Urea and a few salts hormones and minerals. It’s also wide spread in India and China. According to Xinhua news agency more than three million Chinese drink their own urine believing that it is good for their health. It’s even in the bible
“Drink water from your own cistern, flowing water from your own well.” -The Book of Proverbs 5:15
And what can be more natural than the what your own body provides you.
But urine is a waste product isn’t it?
Well it is and it isn’t, while urine is a way of cleaning out your system it is not a waste product like excrement (poop).
People are put off from urine therapy especially internal because of its similarity to excreting, or pooping to everyone without a medicine degree. It is true that poop is full of harmful bacteria and should not be used externally or ingested and all surfaces should be washed thoroughly, but urine has none of these properties and is once out of the body is completely sterile.
Just think of the difference in cleaning, you use all kinds of harsh chemicals and bleaches on your toilet, but if you spill urine, say you wet your clothes or bed, then you’d just put it in the washing machine.
Isn’t all this herbal medicine a load of BS though?
The short answer is yes. No alternative has been proven to have a statistically higher medicinal value than a similarly administered placebo. But what they don’t tell you is placebos are very effective.
There are often a lot more effective than no treatment at all, the body never becomes resistant to them, they have no side effects and you can’t overdose. What is even better[spin] is the more drastic the placebo the more drastic the results, taking a placebo injection will have more effect then taking a placebo [spin]tablet because it feels more serious.
With that in mind what is more dramatic than waking up needing to go to the toilet but instead going to your kitchen getting out a glass, filling it up with your own pee then drinking it. Pretty far outside the box.
However if you have any serious medical issues you should always consult a fully qualified doctor. No amount of urine and tea leaves cures cancer.
If your interested in the more sex side of peeing why not read some erotic pee stories to get you imagination flowing. (Flowing – get it?)

Urine Therapy - Not New

(1996)
Urine therapy...is an ancient Eastern tradition which is gaining popularity in the West. Devotees, who include the actress Sarah Miles, claim that it is the oldest of natural remedies and swear by its health enhancing properties. The venerable former prime minister of India, Morarji Desai - who was 99 and in excellent health when the author met him in 1994 - was open about the fact that he drank a glassful of his own urine every day. It was while he was in India in 1990 that Coen van der Kroon was given the opportunity to experience the therapy's benefits first hand, following an accident. Afterwards, he embarked on a long journey around the world to research its history, uses and efficacy. The Golden Fountain, the most complete book to date on urine therapy, is the result of those wide-ranging investigations. The author tackles his subject with sensitivity and conviction. He provides a comprehensive overview of urine therapy's history throughout the world, together with detailed case histories and a user-friendly guide to its practical application in relation to specific ailments. Swami Pragyamurti Saraswati, a strong advocate of urine therapy who teaches in London, has written an authoritative foreword to the book while individual accounts from people who have tried it and found it beneficial add a fascinating personal touch. As an intriguing do-it-yourself home treatment, urine therapy is often the subject of lively debate, but there's one thing that everybody agrees upon. It's absolutely free! -- Back Cover

Videos About Urine Therapy

• Urine Therapy: Good Health (1998)
URINE: GOOD HEALTH is an hour-long documentary about urine therapy. This unconventional and controversial practice, which involves the use of one's own urine for health benefits, has been employed throughout history by people around the world and is one of the oldest modalities of health care.
The proponents of urine therapy generally advocate the use of one's own urine in many forms and for many purposes. Whether taken orally, dropped in the eyes or ears, used topically or injected, it is claimed that urine is the cure for many maladies including AIDS, cancer, asthma, arthritis and glaucoma, among others. Urine therapy is also used for skin care, health maintenance and as a dietary supplement.
While mainstream medicine has rejected the claims of the urine drinkers, pharmaceutical companies and scientists are profiting from the use of urine and its individual components in their research and development. The proteins, enzymes and other materials occurring naturally in urine are being used in various ways, including the production of life saving drugs and dietary supplements as well as for non-invasive tests for the detection of diseases.
This documentary objectively explores the claims of the users and proponents of urine therapy and the views of some of the world's preeminent doctors and researchers regarding the medicinal uses of urine. URINE: GOOD HEALTH is the third in a series of documentaries by Eli Kabillio and Mad Dog Films, Inc. on controversial topics including A HOLE IN THE HEAD and A MATTER OF LIFE AND BREATH.

Urine Therapy Testimonials

Today marked my 91th day on Urine Therapy.

___________________________________________
Ms. Millie Mitra - Mumbai

I would like to share my experience with urine therapy as the mother of 2 beautiful girls, now aged 6 and 10.
I started drinking urine regularly in 1994 when Tashi was 2 years old. She would watch me drink it and soon willingly drank her own urine every now and then. There was no disgust or aversion at all from her since she had not been conditioned into believing it was dirty. Over the next 4 years that we lived in Sri Lanka, where I had no confidence in the medical system, Tashi's health was protected entirely through urine therapy. My faith in urine as a protector is total. I view urine as a remedy that is with us whenever we need it...a reliable and constant companion that will never let you down.
Tashi would get an allergic cough every night from 2 am to 4 am. It was a rasping cough that would keep her awake and in much discomfort. She soon realized that taking just a sip or two of fresh urine would immediately stop the coughing bout. Just 4 or 5 years old then, she would get up from sleep, collect her urine and drink it all on her own initiative! Then she would slip into bed and i would find her sleeping soundly. Since then she has had no more allergic coughing bouts.
Another incident occurred when Tashi had a severe ear pain. I put just 2-3 drops of old urine into her ear and the pain left her within minutes. I have heard many mothers often cry over their children's ear pain where they have been helpless in bringing quick relief even with allopathic ear drops. I am writing to share this knowledge so all mums can, like me, live without any fear or dread of how to handle a ear pain even if they were in the remotest corner of the world without access to any doctor or medicine!
The same can be said for any pain that children complain about in their growing up years. A throbbing headache disappeared in a few minutes for Tashi just with application of cotton wads soaked in fresh urine around the eyes and temples. Conjunctivitis and scratching eyes have been soothed immediately by washing them with fresh urine. Aching legs, which most often ache at night, were massaged gently with urine and i was told, "mummy, its magic, the pain has gone".
Tara, the younger daughter, brought up almost entirely in Sri Lanka never took to drinking urine then. She had often seen and heard the maid express disgust about it and no amount of coercion would get her to take even a single drop. Now, however after experiencing first hand how effective urine has been she not only asks that it be used on her but also prescribes it to anyone she meets!
Tara was two or three months old when she developed a respiratory infection. The doctor suggested antibiotics without which he said there could be complications of pneumonia. I hung on to my faith in urine working it out. After every breastfeed, i would collect urine that Tara passed and immediately give her a couple of drops. I continued to do this for some days. Around the fifth day, late evening, Tara vomited and was purged of all the phlegm and mucous that was causing the infection. There was no further sign of any cough or respiratory problem.
Recently, Tara was in acute pain from an infected toe. The area under the nail was filled with pus and blood. Bandaging the affected part overnight with cotton soaked in fresh urine opened up the inflammation and brought on immediate relief. The toe was fully healed in 2-3 days.
I have suggested urine as a remedy to other mothers and they have reported its efficacy 100%. A classmate of Tashi who had a scalp infection that was so itchy, was totally cured after one application of urine. Another baby with a burn on the tummy was healed using urine, leaving the skin as smooth and good as new. The list of cures is endless. And so is my gratitude that I know about urine therapy and can depend on it for the safety and protection of my children.
For me, urine is a sacred liquid and using an act of worship.

Ms. Helena Novisc - (Name changed) Yugoslavia

I am so glad that I got your letter today. Because I have a good news for you, nearly 2 months ago I found that I have 3 cm cist on my right ovary and I didn’t have my periods for the last 6 months, plus I had nearly every month outbreak of my genital herpes.
Today, I went to the doctor to have sonography done, to see if my cist is bigger or smaller or may be it is not there at all. My doctor was very much surprised and happy. He did not find the cist. He said every thing is OK. I didn’t tell him what I did. I just told him that I have been taking the tablets, which he gave to me for hormones. But I am writing to you what I did.
So, after your letter and support I said to my self I have to be more strong. I started yoga course and doing every day. Every morning I am drinking my urine, and doing meditation for 15 minutes and then I go to work. Only I didn’t take my urine when I have my period. I fasted for one week; I didn’t do the old urine massage. Everything else I do as you told me.
For six months I didn’t have my periods. So now, since 2 months I have my periods regularly. I don’t have outbreak of genital herpes and I don’t have cist too. So, I feel like born again. I feel strong, healthy and happy that after my hard work there is a great result. Thank God that I found you. Now, I’ll drink my URINE every morning for rest of my life. I’ll have contact with you.
What I found out is that YOGA with URINE THERAPY WORKS GREAT.
Now, I will try if possible to get out from my body that virus-herpes. I didn’t tell to my doctor that I was doing urine therapy, because I don’t think he will believe. I told him that I used that tablet he gave to me. But I didn’t take even one tablet. God bless you and all your people who work hard to help people. God bless you and a big Thanks.

I take my Urine since last 6 months. i.e. the first morning urine. Before the use of urine-therapy. I used to get tired quite often my leg muscles used to pain a lot while climbing stairs. I would get loose motions often. I was prone to cough and cold every three months.
Now after six months. I really feel the difference in my health. I feel full of energy there is no pain in my muscles. My immunity has increased I have not caught cold and cough in these months.
I look at this liquid as a spiritual elixir which keeps me healthy. It is always good to be healthy in life without taking outside medicines. I desire to continue this therapy, as I do not feel wrong in doing so and the most important thing it has given good amount of energy to my body.
I belong to a Muslim community. My decision to take my urine has no connection with my religion. The decision is spiritual it has come from my heart, whatever the heart says is always the truth.

Ms. Urmila Chatterji -(Name changed) Kolkata

I had read about Urine therapy in Nirogdham a magazine. So after reading the magazine and knowing about the goodness of Urine Therapy I also decided to take it.
First time when I took it, I felt nauseated whole day. After 15 days I again tried and then it was OK. I did not feel any vomiting sensation, so I started having it every morning. Previously I always used to suffer from constipation, Tonsils and bad throat. Later I realized that my constipation had gone and my throat is also in good condition, now I drink cold water also, and I have not got sore throat.
Just four five days back I had a very high fever with severe headache I did not take any medicine just drank my own Urine two three times a day and just the next day my fever started going down and it came to 98.8 by night. Next day in the morning it was 97.6 and after that I did not measure as I started feeling all right.

Ms. Nirmala Shetty - (Name changed) Bangalore

It was during mid November 98 when I received a letter from my Guruji’s ashram, explaining to me the benefits of Urine Therapy. It has been about 3 months now that I have been sincerely following the rules of the Therapy. This, I feel has brought a drastic change in my meditation and in my life style. I feel enlightened and light in weight, all thanks to this Therapy of life.
I start early in the morning at 3 am, and collect my urine. With this, I firstly clean eyes and drink about a glass full. After drinking and eye wash I sit for my meditation. Before taking a bath at about 7 am, I take some more fresh Urine and inhale it through my nostrils. This keeps me away from cold and cough. After this I wash my face and massage my body with the Urine.
In about half an hour of after my massage I take a hot water shower, without the use of soap. This makes me feel fresh and very active to attend to my daily activities.
The application on my scalp and in my hair has helped me get rid of dandruff, hair fall and split ends. In fact it has initiated the growth of new hair and the texture of my hair has also improved tremendously, making it long, beautiful and strong. I would like to point out that my hair has never felt so nice, irrespective of the numerous oil massages that I have had in the past. Today, I do not feel the need to spend any money on hair care.
This winter when Bombay experienced some real cold waves, I refrained from using any types of creams or moisturizers. Just the fresh intake every morning has helped me to get rid of blemishes, pimples, boils and given my skin a radiant glow. The change has been so drastic that the people around me have noticed the change and the compliments just don’t seem to end.
The novel thing here is that I have eliminated the role of medicines totally in my life.
A FULL STOP to the medicines, which I felt were absolutely compulsory for my well being, have been totally stopped by me and the surprising part is that I feel healthier and better.
A continuous intake helps me remove all the toxins in my body in form of small boils which appear on my skin and disappear in a day or two, on its own, without leaving any mark, as though they were never there.
Urine Therapy has indeed been the best cure for all diseases; weather an internal or external problem. It is the best cure for all illnesses. Urine, as for me, is a God gifted medicine, within our system. I would like to advice one and all to have full faith in its powers and with sincere dedication and regular application and use, we can get rid of all the allopathic medicines and lead a clean pure and healthy life.

Thank you for your book ‘Wonders of Uropathy’ which I saw by chance in Rishikesh. Being a U.T. enthusiast, bought the book instantly. I had started UT 9 years back drinking first urine in the morning. Had hepatitis in 1975 and 81 but since I have started U.T. I feel OK.
In fact I started U.T. on a friend’s advice in Germany, where I go often, because my wife is German. I started U.T. due to a chronic congestion (Total Blocking) in my nose since 1975.
I used to have cold even at the slightest pretext if it went on for long, perhaps that was the cause. Since then I have to use OTRIVIN decongestant a few times a day. I have tried all pathies including acupuncture, allergy treatment diet control but nothing helped.
Now I am doing jalneti salt water. More recently with FRESH Urine it is helping slowly. Recently I got ultrasound done by an ENT. Specialist in Germany he diagnosed injected caves cover the gums of advised surgery which I did not go for. I don’t have sinusitis no discharge, no growth some say it is allergy. One interesting thing when I run or play tennis my nose opens totally but closed after a while.
Now I am drinking Urine at least 2 times a day.

Mr. Balvant Singh Khurana - (Name changed) Patiala

I, Balvant Singh Khurana, retired works Manager from PRTC am practicing Acupressure Therapy. A few days back I read a book named ‘Shivambu Gita’ written by Dr. G. K. Thakkar and gained faith and started the same next morning. Since three month I have been taking shivambu around 200ml in morning, massaging my body as well as washing my hair.
Before the use of shivambu I had chest pains very often and felt tried. But now I do have pains but not frequently and feel myself energetic. By my experience, I would like to say that shivambu is the real medicine for all cure as well as incurable diseases my hair has started graying.
I have treated a patient who was diabetic and had heart attack a month back. His level of blood sugar was 180. He became very weak a pale after the attack. He could not stand by himself properly. His hair started falling I advised him shivambu therapy and he agreed.
The third day he came to me told me that he has gained a little strength he continued to do so. After one month his level of sugar has come to normal and can not only walk independently but also has started cycling. Apart from this case I have sent thirty patients here who regularly take this treatment and are well satisfied.
It is my wholeheartedly desire to become a member of your association. Would you please be kind enough to let me know the procedure I am willing to know about your rules and regulations. Please do send us any literature regarding this therapy by which we can get help treating my patients I shall be looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Ms. Irena Hilscher – (Name changed) Italy

Thank you for your letter. My age is 50 years. During the first month of my chemotherapy I was not on Urine Therapy. I started with two glasses a day, one glass in the morning and one in the evening. Since I started the urine therapy, I am feeling better, I do not feel sick and I feel as if I have more energy.
Your letter gives me hope and much optimism. I have been applying the urine packs on my breast whilst continuing with drinking of Urine, and feeling great, the breast also feels much better and the tumor much smaller. I will now start Yoga and meditation. I have been recommending Urotherapy to many people with various illnesses and all seem eager.
Hope to hear from you soon.
At this time I have found that I do not need to take my prescription drugs, as I am feeling very well. I have done some research on urine therapy and since using it I have a great faith that it is working for me. My friend, Helena has led the way. I continue with Urine Therapy because I believe in it. There is so much more for me to learn about urine therapy. If you could help with more information I would dearly appreciate as much information.

Ms. Reena Gupta (Name changed) Varanasi

I started this therapy around 5 Dec. 2001, on the basis of whatever information I could get from the books.

Since early morning urine used to smell a lot, I drank urine 2–3 times in a day for about two months. My periods, which I got this month, was very painful and the pain remain for 10 days where as the bleeding was only for two days. I had been married six years with no children. On doctor’s recommendation got first ultra sound done and .5 cms fibroid was found. Even after doing homeopathy for about two months there was no sign of relief. Second time ultrasound test showed 1.5 cms fibroid but the pain persisted even after endoscopy but the real reason for pain could not be diagnosed.
But Allopath doctors suggested to go to Mumbai and get operated with no guarantee for relief.

After getting tired of all this, I made up my mind to do urine therapy more effectively for which I had written to you for guidance. We also met Mr. Manikchand Maru from Indore. I started doing urine therapy since 16 Feb 2001 intensely with total trust and conviction.

1) Did fasting with just water and urine for seven days

2) Did massage with 4 to 5 days old urine.

3) Did douche with fresh or old urine.

4) Urine pack was also placed below the lower abdomen for
30 to 60 minutes 2 to 3 times a day.

5) Some times massage was replaced with douche two times a day.

6) After 7 days of fast, had vegetable soup and salad without salt with a bit of lime in it.

After 15 days I had to start taking salt because of low pressure built up rest all the routines went on as usual. After keeping warm urine pack, on my next period, the pain was same but bleeding was much more with big blood clots for about 4 to 5 days only.

Same routine of urine therapy went on for the next whole month. This being the second month of the therapy, I slowly changed my diet with the normal food. This time the period came on time with much more blood clots and the pain was reduced from 4 days to 2 days whereas the duration of period increased from 2 days to 4 days. By the 3rd month the routine went on same way and my period detailed for two weeks and we got checked up were in pregnancy was confirmed from that time onwards I never experienced pain. Now my son is two years old and we are thankful to the miracles of urine therapy.

Urine Therapy

Today marked my 90th day on Urine Therapy.

think three of the reasons are"

1. it is cheap and thus not publicized. why would the medical complex want anything so cheap widely used

2 Many find it disgusting as they have not tried it. Others think it is toxic due to them thinking it is full of waste products.

3 Most do not know about it and the great success that are being done with it.

After reading several books on it in the hope of helping my dying mother, who was fascinating and shared a book with several friends but declined to use it herself. I myself have tried it to see if it had any ill effects before I mentioned it to her and did have a healing crisis almost immediately, but unfortunately did not keep it up though I tried it a little after that.

When I got up to larger amounts, I could not do it without adding ice and grape juice to make it more palatable. It took a little while to get over the yuk factor which I think was more in the mind than the actual taste.

Urinotherapy - A Universal Cure-All

Today marked my 89th day on Urine Therapy.

______________________________________________
One newspaper hailed urinotherapy as a universal cure-all that could tackle scores of afflictions, including cancer, snakebites and infertility.

Testimonials to the benefits of urine consumption dominate radio phone-ins and newspaper letters pages.

"I had hemorrhoids for five years and nothing gave me relief. But six months ago, I started drinking half a glass of my urine every morning and I am practically healed," a shopkeeper from the capital, Yaounde, wrote to Le Messager newspaper.

A magistrate said: "For several years I haven't had a hair on my head, but since I started drinking my urine it's started growing again - it's extraordinary."

Omer Otabela telephoned a radio station with his grandmother's story. "When she was bitten by a snake in the fields, she drank her own urine. This slowed down the progress of the venom to her heart until she got to hospital," he said.
Urinotherapy is practically as old as man and its health-giving properties have been extensively documented. The Chinese have treated themselves with urine both externally and internally for centuries.
During World War I, doctors in the battlefield gave urine, which is sterile, to patients to ward off gangrene. Morarji Desai, a former Indian prime minister who lived to 99, drank a pint of his urine every day.
Some practitioners suggest that DHEA, a hormone related to testosterone that is found in large quantities in urine, has anti-ageing, anti-cancer and anti-obesity properties. It has helped those suffering from asthma and amoebic dysentery.
But in Cameroon, urinotherapy has been strongly condemned.
The Health Minister, Urbain Olanguena Awono, wrote: "Given the risks of toxicity associated with ingesting urine, the health ministry advises against the consumption of urine and invites those who promote the practice to cease doing so forthwith or risk prosecution."

Nature's Free Medicine

Today marked my 86th day on Urine Therapy.

Urine Therapy: Nature’s Free Medicine
By Theresa
Within each of us lies the ingredient to heal wounds, prevent sickness and enhance beauty. So say the Uropathy advocates. Urine therapy, also known as Uropathy or Urotherapy is the ancient practice of applying one’s own urine topically, or drinking it to improve health. This practice has been around for thousands of years in both Eastern and Western circles and is well-known amongst modern-day holistic or natural health practitioners.
The Power of Pee?
Contrary to popular belief, urine is not dirty or toxic; it is in fact chock-full of nutrients that our bodies simply don’t have a need for at a particular time. The kidneys help regulate the levels of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc. in our bodies. The “leftover” nutrients that our bodies don’t need are then purified as it passes through the kidneys and make up the bodily fluid, urine. Like a fingerprint, no two urine samples are the same—our unique urine samples contain the perfect balance of nutrients that nourish our bodies.
Consuming one’s own urine probably brings about a gag reflex in most people. But if you can stomach the yellow liquid (by perhaps pretending that it is apple juice), then urine therapy is said to provide a multitude of health benefits. Urine is an agent used to fight against harmful bacteria, fungus, viruses, and even cancer.
In 1975, Dr. A. H. Free studied the components of urine and published the findings in his book, Urinalysis in Clinical Laboratory Practice. A few of the nutrients found in urine include: folic acid, calcium, iron, urea, magnesium, tryptophan, zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, protein, and riboflavin.
Some of the diseases and afflictions urine therapy has been known to treat are common colds, the flu, fever, eczema, psoriasis, hypertension, gall stones, arthritis, cholera, and dysentery. Several case studies also illustrate the cancer-fighting properties of urine and also as a treatment for HIV/aids.
Urine-Based Drugs and Cosmetics
You may already have unwittingly tried urine therapy. Many cosmetic products such as face creams have urea—a great moisturizer—listed as an element. A few of the popular drugs that use urine (or urea) as an ingredient are Murine (eye and ear drops), Urokinase (blood clot remover), and Pergonal (fertility drug).
Urine Therapy Methods
So what exactly do you do with your urine? If you are brave, you can try this natural practice at home. According to Biomedx, the first step is to thoroughly clean the genital area. Next, use a clean container to catch the urine mid-stream. It is best to use fresh urine immediately and in its natural form. However, for new uropathy users, one drop of fresh urine can be mixed with some distilled water and 80-90 proof vodka (this acts as a preservative) and applied under the tongue.
There are several methods to utilize urine therapy:
• Mix mid-stream urine (the most potent part) with another liquid such as orange juice to mask the flavour. Urine can also be mixed with other foods as it is best to ingest it close to meal times. This is food for thought the next time someone uses the expression, “Who pissed in your cereal?”
• Place a few drops under the tongue each morning and gradually increase the dosage until the desired results are achieved. Some people consume as much as one cup at a time.
• Drops of urine can be used for the purpose of eye/ear/nose drops to lubricate/decongest passages.
• Use as a mouth wash. When gargled, urine helps heal gum problems.
• Have a yellow bath! Soaking in your urine, and particularly having the yellow liquid massaged into your skin is said to be one of the most effective ways to moisturize and heal skin problems such as blemishes or burns.
Water From Your Own Well
If urine is free, and is a “perfect” medicine, then why isn’t urine therapy more popular? Well aside from the icky factor, there is a lack of scientific evidence that shows the medical benefits of uropathy. While there are mild (obvious) side effects of urine therapy such as nausea, vomiting and upset stomachs, using urine solely to treat serious illnesses such as cancer is not recommended. Today, urotherapy is offered as a form of alternative medicine in many clinics.
While there may be some benefits of applying urine topically, it will take a lot for me to even fathom ingesting the yellow stuff.

What is Urine Therapy

Today marked my 85th day on Urine Therapy.

_______________________________________

What is urine?
Urine is not a waste product produced by our body it is actually comes from blood filtaration.

The medical term for urine is "plasma ultrafiltrate"
When one eats, the "whole food" gets broken into very small molecules.
The intestinal wall absorbs these molecules and allow them to flow into the blood stream.

Your blood carries the food molecules as well as nutrients, vitamins, hormones, plazma, white blood cells, red blood cells etc. Your blood circulates throughout the body carrying the food molecules with it.
When the blood passes through the liver, toxins are removed which are later excreted from the body in the form of solid waste.

Once the blood has passed through the liver the blood is said to be puriefied or cleaned. When this blood enters the kidneys. The kidneys applies high pressure to the blood and any excess water, salts and other elements that are in the blood and that the body doesnt need now is filtered out.

Whatever is filtered out is collected whithin the kidney and is passed out in a purified, sterile, watery solution called urine.
1. What minerals are in urine?

Alanine, Arginine, Ascorbic acid, Allantoin, Amino acids, Bicarbonate, Biotin, Calcium, Creatinine, Cystine, DHEA, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Folic acid, Glucose, Glutamic acid, Glycine, Inositol, Iodine, Iron, Lysine, Magnesium, Manganese, Melatonin, Methionine, Nitrogen, Ornithane, Pantothenic acid, Phenylalaline, Phosphorus, Potassium, Proteins, Riboflavin, Tryptophan, Tyrosine, Urea, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Zinc.

2. Urine and sinus problems.
Once can use urine in this way to cure the allergy or a sinus infection, is one form of isopathic treatment. If you are using the same substance thats causes an allergery or sinus infection then your body has to develop an antibody for that cause.
Many have benefited from urine therapy and many have not.

3. How to collect your own urine?
Before you begin it is best to take a bath or shower and make sure that the genital region is clean.
Collect the urine in a clean cup or container.

Take a bottle and fill it with 1/6 ounce of distilled water.
Add a drop of fresh urine.
Put the cap on and shake it 50 times.
Take one drop of the new mix and add it to another 1/6 ounce of distilled water and shake 50 times.
Take one drop of this mix and add to 1/6 ounce of 80 to 90 proof vodka which acts as a preservative.

4. How to take urine?

Place three drops under the tongue hourly until there is obvious improvement or temporary exacerbation of symptoms. As improvement progresses, lengthen the interval between treatments. After 3 days, suspend treatment to avoid pushing the immune system. Treatment is resumed if progress remains static or relapse occurs.
5. The negatives and critics of urine therapy?

Critics states that since your urine is never stable you cannot use it as therapy. Sometimes there are "good things" and some times there are "bad things" in your urine.

Homeopaths dissagree saying if you give your body the bad things it will create an antibody.

We will leave the decision up to you.

Urine Therapy: Is it Safe and Does it Work?

Today marked my 84th day on Urine Therapy.

________________________________

When I was in northern India studying Yoga, a young woman surprised me after class by asking if it was okay to drink her urine. I had just joined a month-long course and had apparently missed a lecture a few days earlier on the health promoting effects of pee drinking.
Off the cuff, I told her I didn’t think drinking a little bit of her urine every morning would harm her, but I didn’t understand why she would want to do such a seemingly crazy thing either. Over the next few weeks I heard lots of reasons why.
My teacher would smile big most mornings and ask if I had tried my own natural health promoter yet. He even sweetly offered to come to my place to coach me through it, saying that the first taste is the hardest. He said you need to get through the psychological aversion that comes from being told in the West that urine is a waste product when in fact it is full of vitamins, proteins and hormones that nourish your body and fight disease.
Teachers and students weren’t just drinking it. Ulrika, from Iceland, had a face pock-marked from years of acne. Only scars were left with no active disease, and this she attributed to her recent time spent at a urine therapy hospital not far away. Caretakers had rubbed her own urine into her face and massaged her body with cow urine.
Students directed their yellow streams onto the fungus of athletes feet, soaked it onto bandages placed over pus-filled wounds, and even douched urine to alleviate vaginal yeast infections.
When first asked about urine therapy, I hadn’t put much thought into it. In fact, I hadn’t thought about it all. I didn’t realize that there’s a whole tribe of people out there who see it as natural medicine. Since then I’ve taken a much closer look, reviewing the basic science and whatever studies I could find in an attempt to get to the truth.
So, what is the truth about urine therapy? Can it help you? Can it harm you? And is this really a part of Yoga?
In this article, we’ll take a brief look at the Yogic literature promoting urine therapy. We’ll review what urine is composed of and how and why it’s formed by the body. Then the potentially beneficial and the potentially harmful effects of different components of urine will be explored.
Urine Therapy in the Yogic Literature
The oldest text from the Indian subcontinent encouraging the use of urine in healing is hundreds, if not thousands, of years old. Known as the Damara Tantra, it gives a detailed description of how to use urine, sometimes mixing it with specific herbs or minerals to cure disease.
The Damara Tantra, specifically the part known as Shivambu Kalpa, suggests collecting urine in a copper bowl, eating light and unsalted meals, getting plenty of rest, and sleeping on the ground. Then one should wake up before dawn and, leaving the first and last portion, should collect the middle part of the morning’s first flow. According to the author, after one month it brings about purification and after twelve years it bestows the power “to live as long as the moon and the stars.”1,2

Damara Tantra, Shivambu Kalpa:
Sloka 9 – “Shivambu (one’s own urine) is a divine nectar! It is capable of abolishing old age and various types of diseases and ailments. The follower should first ingest his urine and then start his meditation.”
Slokas 30 and 31 “He who takes Shivambu (one’s own urine) daily and excludes salty, sour and bitter foods from his diet acquires divine accomplishments quickly. Freed from all ailments, and possessing a body comparable to that of Shiva himself, he deports himself like the gods in the Universe for an eternity.”
Sloka 45 – “The Shivambu (one’s own urine) should be boiled in an earthen pot and extracted to one fourth its quantity. It should then be allowed to cool. The extract can be used for whole body message.”
Sloka 48 – “Shivambu (one’s own urine) should be applied to the whole body. It is exceptionally nourishing and can relieve all ailments.”
Sloka 54 – “Unboiled urine should never be used for body message. If the extract of Shivambu is used for message, it is very wholesome for the body. The follower can accomplish many things.”
Of the three texts more traditionally seen as teaching manuals for Yogis, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika is the only one that mentions urine therapy.3 The Gheranda Samhita4 and the Shiva Samhita5 do not.
Hatha Yoga Pradipika
III:96 – “Discard the beginning of the stream of water because it has too much bile. Discard the end of the stream because it is worthless. Wholly enjoy the cool, middle stream. This is Amaroli…”
How is urine made and why?
Urine is the result of blood filtering through the kidneys. In some ways it’s like a run-off valve for overflow, but it’s not really that simple. Sometimes the body spends energy to actively secrete things into the urine that it doesn’t need or want.6
The kidneys have the very important job of regulating how much water is in the body. They also regulate the amount of salt that is there. Together, the amount of salt and water present form an intimate relationship for physiological balance. If the body has too little water within its blood vessels, it can die of dehydration. If it has too much water, it can die of that too. It’s the same with salt. If there’s too little salt in the body, it can’t function. And if there’s too much salt in the blood and body, that’s definitely toxic. It’s a moment-by-moment thing, with salt and water working to balance each other. After drinking a huge glass of water, most of us who were already in balance will need to go pee pretty quickly. And if we’re sweating in the desert without any water, our kidneys get the picture and stop making urine, or they make dark yellow concentrated urine. They’re very smart that way.
It’s a complicated process though. We’ve evolved to be able to handle not only daily exposure to salt and water, but a whole host of other things that the body needs to regulate to stay in a safe, healthy balance. For instance, the kidneys play a very important part in maintaining the pH of the body by controlling the excretion of hydrogen ions into the urine. If they didn’t and too many accumulated, the body would get acidic and die by slipping into an un-recoverable coma. On the other hand, if the body gets too alkaline, un-stoppable seizures eventually develop leading to death.7
What’s in urine?
Lots of stuff. Urine is mostly water with at least 200 known substances in it. It probably contains thousands more,8 and what’s there will depend not only on what you eat and drink but also on what gets absorbed through your skin and breathed in through your lungs.
Researchers working for NASA in the 1970s thoroughly studied pee in an effort to figure out what to do with it in space. If you’d like more information on the chemical and physical properties of urine than you could possibly need for anything, click here to check out one of their online papers.

Urine therapy - Water of Life

Today marked my 83rd day on Urine Therapy.

________________________________________

My name is Dainis W. Michel, and I came down with tinnitus on Feb 15, 2002 at 4:30 PM. I heard a loud crack in my left ear, and my life has been very different since. I spent all of my money on medical treatments and had almost nothing left. I'd borrowed money from family, and I had a lot of pressure to pursue my studies, work, and other obligations full steam.
I came across John Armstrong's book Urine, the Water of Life, and I figured, what the heck...I don't have any money for any more medical treatments.
Since then I've purchased a number of books on Urine Therapy, I've contacted the Water of Life Foundation in India, and well, I've had at least a little bit of my own urine every day since November of 2004. I intentionally skipped three days at one point, because at the time, I thought my body might benefit from a "break."
Since Nov. 2004, I've had two days of quick, short colds. Both colds had a direct relationship to emotional circumstances (parents' divorce, mother-in-law's visit).
Besides that, my hair is starting to turn dark again. I've been incredibly strong. I passed a yard-long parasite during a urine and water fast, and well, here I am with a website about urine therapy. Believe me, I never, ever expected such a funky twist in my medical adventure.
Through a variety of therapies, I've reduced my tinnitus to the point where it is hardly a factor in my life. I don't like it that I still have even the slightest amount of tinnitus though, so I'm working to take care of that "last little bit." Also, I have quite a bit of muscular skeletal work I need to do, and I think that when I bring my body into proper physical alignment, that the rest of the tinnitus will disappear.
If it doesn't, I'll keep going, I'll keep searching, and I'll keep applying my best intentions to fully heal myself.

Urine Therapy - Nature's Elixir For Good Health

Today marked my 82nd day on Urine Therapy.

__________________________________________

By Flora Peschek-Böhmer, PH.D.,
and Gisela Schreiber
Published by Inner Traditions
152 pages, paperback
Stop! Before some of you quickly turn the page on this review, I offer an anecdote.

In the 1950s, the various young children in many families often had a bath together. This was very true in those days and some parents still carry on with this daily tradition.

Occasionally one child would go quiet, stop splashing and take on a rather dreamy look. This meant one thing. They were having a pee. General loud protests would erupt, appealing to mother to “do something!”

The inevitable shouted reply from the busy mother would be, “Don’t worry, it’s good for your complexion.” Oh dear.

Mothers and grandmothers know about a lot of things and this is no exception. Urine is good for your skin and many other things as well. This little book lifts the veil and dispels some of the myths about urine and its use in healing.

Flora Peschek-Böhmer is a natural therapist of long standing in Hamburg, Germany, who has recommended urine therapy to her clients for a variety of disorders. Some were revolted by the very thought. Later they tried it and were surprised by the results. Gisela Schreiber is a medical journalist.

Urine therapy has a long history. The benefits were known to early societies and urine was used in many ways. However, in recent times urine therapy has been extremely popular in Germany, Japan and India, although known in other countries.

The main resistance to using urine therapeutically is the accretion of myths and prejudices that have grown up around ‘Pee’. The author deals with and dispels these in a straight forward way that will reassure those who are open-minded, but not sure.

The book is composed of a brief overview of the therapy, with a little history and a pep-talk about the prejudices and how to overcome them. This is followed by the methods of treatment and then a list of conditions that respond to urine therapy and testimonials from those who used it in that context with success. It is highly accessible and easy to read.

The use of urine by ingestion or by rubbing onto the skin informs and challenges the immune system to get itself into gear and start creating the conditions in the body needed to heal things that are awry.

In the interests of research, yes dear reader, I tried rubbing my urine into my sad psoriatic elbows. Surprisingly, I have not had to use my steroid cream on them for two weeks now. They do not have an odour, or feel bad in any way. The trick is to really make sure the urine is completely rubbed in. For the curious, collecting your own urine is always going to be much easier for men for obvious reasons.

I recommend this book as an extremely interesting look at a common, inexpensive and renewable way of healing yourself. And the medicine is completely tailored to your own needs! There’s no cost, no prescription required and an ample supply comes naturally to you when you need it.

For the adventurous among you, this will give reassurance that you are not alone.

Urine Therapy - Natural Alternative

Today marked my 79th day on Urine Therapy.

_________________________________

Product Description
Urine therapy is an ancient Eastern tradition that has recently gained popularity in the West as a natural alternative to modern drugs and surgery. Using the body’s own natural antibodies, it can be used internally to relieve symptoms of tuberculosis, tumors, parasites, anemia, common colds, and allergies. It can also aid in external ailments including rashes, acne, boils, burns, and dry skin. This book provides an introduction to the principles of urine therapy, the history of its use, recent research and literature, various medical uses, and personal stories from people who have been cured by urine therapy. Included is a complete bibliography for those interested in expanding their knowledge of urine therapy through other sources.
From the Back Cover

Urine: anatomic overview

Today marked my 77th day on Urine Therapy.

______________________________

Urine is the slightly acidic liquid substance taking wastes from the kidneys outside human body. Its color ranges from clear to yellow and, in certain cases, to darker tones, depending on the individuals health condition. Urine also features specific odor resembling ammonia and varying in intensity from individual to individual. The odor may be caused by nitrogenous wastes, foods, infections etc. Urine is stored in the bladder, which can hold up to 20 ounces of liquid and discharges, in common individuals, up to 10 ounces. Basically, urine consists in the elements human body is unable to absorb at a particular moment.
Up to 95% of the fluid is water.
How is it done?
The way urine therapy is administered differs from people to people. No training or certification is required in order to be able to use this therapy, at least this is what advocates claim. There are different ways of implementing this therapy, some of them are:
• There are adepts who believe that only the midstream of morning urine may be used in therapy.
• They either drink it simple and hot, as it comes, or combine it with juice and fruit to cut off smell and taste.
• There are also people who claim that effective urine therapy consists in applying few drops (usually 3 drops) sublingually with certain frequency.
• Japanese women use urine for bathing to provide skin with proper nutrients. The practice is still very popular in our days.
• Yet, by far most courageous form of urine therapy consists in urine injections in the rectum for cleansing and bowel movement.

What is Urine Therapy good for?
You may ask yourself what is urine therapy good for. The answer, as adepts claim it, is everything. Urine therapy is indicated in:
• treatment of common flues and toothaches
• dehydrated skin
• epidermal conditions such as psoriasis
• snake bites
• allergies
Therefore, its area of action is largely extended. Furthermore, urine is said to treat effectively:
• asthma
• pneumonia
• severe heart condition
• burns
• even cancer
• eczema
• eye irritation
• dysentery
• chemical intoxication

Urine Therapy - Controversial Natural Therapy

Today marked my 75th day on Urine Therapy.

___________________________________________
Urine therapy is one of the more controversial natural therapies out there, and obviously so, but rather than take anyone’s word for it, prove it for yourself, and see if it works. While considered gross by many, urine therapy has been practiced for thousands of years by its adherents, who constantly extol its virtues. It is an acquired taste, but the good news is that once you do get used to the taste of your own urine, you’ll find its benefits far outweigh the gross factor.
Urine therapy is extolled in ancient Hindu texts as Sivambu or the river of Shiva, and has passing mention in other ancient texts as well. The Bible verse, “Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well,” has been often quoted as a reference to urine therapy.
It cannot be denied that urine is an acquired taste. The taste itself is variable, but can range from almost tasteless to extremely salty. If you are really into urine therapy, you would have to watch your diet carefully, because your urine would ultimately reflect what you ate.
The typical practice in urine therapy is to drink the first piss of the morning. Drink only the midstream, which means to let the first few seconds of urine pass and then only collecting the stream after that. Another essential practice is to rub your urine on your skin and/or scalp. For this purpose, urine that has been stored for several days is much better as it is claimed to be softer on the skin.
The benefits of urine therapy are claimed to be numerous, but among them, urine therapy has been said to cure cancer, diabetes, various skin diseases, anemia, digestive problems, colds, and many degenerative diseases. Urine applied topically to the skin is said to be a great rejuvenator for the skin, diminishing wrinkles, increasing moisture to the skin, and getting rid of acne. It is likely to be a great anti aging agent, as urine contains many hormones like DHEA and melatonin, and perhaps HGH too.
One of the better known urine therapy practitioners was Indian Prime Minister Morarji Desai, who lived to the ripe old age of 99. He exhorted Indians to take up this practice, saying that it was an economical way to preserve health without all the expenditure of modern medicine. Many early Hollywood actresses were also reputed to be practitioners, although few would openly admit it.
The only way to know whether urine therapy works or not, is to try it out yourself. And to give it some time to gauge the effects. A good time frame is 3-6 months. Generally speaking, one should not expect to experience miracle cures, but having an open mind can sometimes be a great asset!
