Urine Therapy - A Non-Toxic By-Product

Urine Eczema Therapy - How Long Does Urine Eczema Therapy Take To Work On Eczema
By Sandra White K
Aug 7, 2011

Urine is a non-toxic by-product of a process called blood filtration and
not excretion or waste filtration. Through the urine, the body takes off
and releases the elements not need at that moment. Urine is composed of
hundreds and hundreds of compounds including huge amounts of urea and uric acid which both serves as anti-oxidants.

Specifically to the person from where it comes, the urine also contains
other compounds. Urine is antispasmodic, anticonvulsive, anticancer,
antiviral, antifungal and antiviral. It also contains essential elements
such as zinc, vitamin b12, vitamin b6, urea, tyrosine, tryptophan,
riboflavin, proteins, potassium, phosphorus, phenylalanine, pantothenic
acid, ornithine, nitrogen, methionine, glucose and other essential
compounds.

Urine is one of the most effective, popular and free natural remedy for a
lot of different diseases. There are a lot of books available on urine
therapy for eczema. For so many years, urine has been utilized to heal a
wide variety of diseases including eczema. People apply it to the skin
while some also drink it. While there are some cases wherein it is enough
to just rub the urine topically, directly to the skin, there are also some
cases that it may be more effective to place it in a plastic bag and hold
the affected area in the bag for ten or more minutes.

When going for urine therapy for eczema taken orally, only fresh urine
should be used. The genital area should be washed thoroughly before
collecting the samples. The best time to do this is in the morning, right
after getting off from bed. Collect the samples at mid-stream. People
should also refrain from eating anything for a half hour after taking in
the urine.

Urine Therapy

Today marked my 139th day on Urine Therapy.

Urine Therapy Treatment
Urine therapy or uropathy, as it is known commonly, is one of the new system of treatment observed around the world today. This system has been in the process of development for last few decades but as it has been claiming about the effectiveness of this system, not every part is yet proven completely. In this type of treatment, human liquid waste, urine is the only substance which is used for the treatment. Person is to use the urine formed in his own body and not of anybody else’s. Though being a waste product, urine from an individual is not toxic for that same individual hence it can be administered as a medicine, as per the followers of this type of treatment.
In such case, question need to be answered is, what is urine? Urine is usually yellow or clear, depending upon a person’s health and diet. It usually has an ammonia-like odor due to the nitrogenous wastes that make up about 5% of the fluid (the remaining 95% is water). It is a slightly acidic fluid which carries waste from the kidneys to the outside world. The kidneys have millions of nephrons which filter toxins, waste, ingested water and mineral salts out of the bloodstream. The kidneys regulate blood acidity by excreting excessive alkaline salts when necessary. The chief constituent of the nitrogenous wastes in urine is urea, a product of protein decomposition. Urea is, among other things, a diuretic. Average adult urine production is from one to two quarts a day. The bladder, where urine is stored for discharge, holds on average about 16-20 ounces of fluid, though the average discharge is about half that amount. In addition to uric acid, ammonia and creatinine, urine consists of many other waste products in minute quantities.
Being a waste product does not mean that a substance is toxic or harmful. It means that the body cannot absorb the substance at the present time. We might think of many of urine’s constituents as if they were leftovers from a meal. We could throw the excess food away or we could eat it later after diluting it substantially with water and putting it in the blender. With urine, unfortunately, we cannot ingest waste products in the form they had when first ingested.
For most people most of the time, one’s own urine is not likely to be harmful. However, it is not likely to be healthful or useful except for those rare occasions when one is buried beneath a building or lost at sea for a week or two. In such situations drinking one’s own urine might be the difference between life and death.
Urine therapy refers to one of several uses of urine to prevent or cure sickness, to enhance beauty or to cleanse one’s bowels. Most devotees drink the midstream of their morning urine. Some prefer it straight and steaming hot; others mix it with juice or serve it over fruit. Some prefer a couple of urine drops mixed with a tablespoon of water applied sublingually several times a day. It is said that hip new age people no doubt prefer to take their dose with their evening salad tossed with Piss & Vinegar dressing, available at alternative specialty shops. Some wash themselves in their own golden fluid to improve their skin quality. Many modern Japanese women are said to engage in urine bathing.
Many advocates claim that urine is a panacea. There is practically nothing it won’t cure. Urine is said to be effective against the flu, the common cold, broken bones, toothache, dry skin, psoriasis and all other skin problems. It is said to deter aging and is helpful with AIDS, allergies, animal and snake bites, asthma, heart disease, hypertension, burns, cancer, chemical intoxication, chicken pox, enteritis, constipation, and pneumonia. Urine is said to be effective against dysentery, edema, eczema, eye irritation, fatigue, fever, gonorrhea, gout, bloody urine, small pox, immunological disorders, infections, infertility, baldness, insomnia, jaundice, hepatitis, Kaposi’s sarcoma, leprosy, lymphatic disorder, urticaria, morning sickness, hangover, obesity, papilloma virus, parasitoses, gastric ulcer, rheumatism, birth marks, stroke, congestion, lumbago, typhus, gastritis, depression, cold sore, tuberculosis, tetanus, Parkinson’s disease, foot fungus, diabetes and other endocrine related diseases.
Anything which is not yet proven false and toxic that can be taken as one the majors of the treatment. Though not yet scientifically proven completely, urine therapy or uropathy is one of the types of treatment followed in many parts of the world by the people.

Don't Wail Until You Become Ill

Today marked my 36th day on Urine Therapy.

________________________________
You don’t have to be unhealthy to begin imbibing your own water. In fact prudence would say ‘Don’t wait until you become ill’ – it is equally effective as a preventative as it is a curative.

Don’t wait for symptoms of disease to appear before starting urine therapy. Your body is whispering to you the whole time, telling you what is in or out of balance, but we have learned or been taught to ignore these faint whispers and when illness exhibits itself in strong symptoms your body is SHOUTING at you.

The former Prime Minister of India was a strong advocate of urine therapy and lived in good health to be 100 years old. He claimed his good health was a result of his drinking and massaging with urine every day and he certainly didn’t appear to wrinkle with age!

Wrinkles start appearing from an early age even though you might not be aware of it. It can start forming when you are as young as nineteen years old! There are certain things that you must religiously avoid while you are getting anti-wrinkle treatment.
There are a few simple things that you can do to help slow the process. Direct sunrays are very damaging so avoid them. Ensure that your mosturiser has AHA. AHA is alpha-hydroxy acids that contains vitamin A and extracts from natural products like sugar cane. They also have derivatives from fruits and milk. Moreover they fight against free radicals which cause great damage to your skin.
Always remember to exfoliate. It is very important to remove the dead cells to prevent accumulation. This way the moisturizer is more effective. Always use a sunscreen before stepping out of doors. In case you dont apply sunscreens then ensure that your moisturiser has a high SPF value. Wear sunglasses if you don’t want crow’s feet.
There is only a limited amount that can be done externally. You need to eat healthy to stay fit and young. Try to avoid food which is excesively spicy or fatty. You have to see that you have omega 3 and 6 and enough of fatty acids. These build skin structure so make sure that you have them in plenty. Smoke and drink as less as possible.
Exercise helps improve blood circulation and so makes your skin glow. To get a radiant look on your skin, you must exercise. You must also go through this checklist. See that you drink enough water if your urine is not colorless you know you’re not drinking as much water as you should.
In your diet make sure you have nuts and seeds, they are very good for the skin. Most importantly get plenty of sleep. You should lie straight on you back. You should use textiles or fibers that cause you the least damage skin- wise. Visit doctor regularly.
The thing that you should avoid the most is stress and anxiety. Anxiety and stress causes sleeplessness and due to this your skin appears dull and lifeless. Your skin will have a fresh look only if your body gets the rest it requires.

Rejuvenate Your Skin

Today marked my 24th day on Urine Therapy. Urine Therapy can heal and rejuvenate our skin. Simply rub fresh urine into the skin with cotton wool on a daily basis. I believed within a week, you could see the difference in your complexion – softer, clearer and youthful. You won’t know what you have missed, if you don’t try.

____________________________

Urine Therapy is an alternative form of medicine, claimed to cure many different health conditions which will be discussed below. This therapy involves the practice of ingesting one’s own urine, applying compresses, or massaging urine into one’s skin. Urine therapy has a very long history and spans many cultures. Ancient Greeks used urine to treat wounds, women in the 17th century took baths in urine to rejuvenate their skin and the Romans used urine to whiten their teeth, to name but a few examples. Moreover, today there are many conditions that believers claim can be cured by the use of urine therapy, and a few of these which will now be discussed.

For the Skin

For individuals who have problem skin or who simply desire to have healthy, youthful looking skin, rubbing fresh urine into the skin on a daily basis can heal and rejuvenate. Supposedly, the longer you keep the urine on your skin, the greater and quicker the benefits of the therapy. In addition, for individuals suffering from dandruff, rubbing urine into the scalp can alleviate and cure the dry skin.

For Gangrene

Urine has been said to cure gangrene quicker than other conditions. When physicians would normally recommend amputation of the affected limb, urine therapy believers might treat the body by having the patient fast on their own urine while continually sipping regular tap water only for several days. In addition, urine compresses are applied to the affected area, relieving the aches and pains and healing the skin. There have been cases where such urine treatment has resulted in the easing of symptoms within a matter of a few days, and to fully cured in a matter of weeks.

For Cancer

Proving that a therapy cures cancer is an ominous task. As you might imagine, if urine was successful in effecting a cure for a patient’s cancer, the argument would typically be advanced that the illness must not have been cancer in the first place. There is the mainstream view that with cancer, an operation and then radiation or chemotherapy is the process one must Normally go through to “cure” cancer. Also, part of this view would purport that analyzing and measuring the growth of a tumor is the only way to properly diagnose cancer, according to traditional medicine. Therefore, if an individual decides to try urine as a cure, and it seems to work, physicians will dismiss the claim that cancer existed in the first place since the proof is not available to support that claim.

Using urine therapy as a method for treating cancer is similar to gangrene – follow a urine and water fast along with applying urine compresses over a period of several weeks.

Allergies

Individuals suffering from allergies may find a cure in urine therapy. Researches have found that when people with allergies drink their own urine, the body can develop antibodies that combat some of the causes of allergies, possibly eliminating the allergies altogether. Here's how this is possible.
When the body initiates an allergic reaction, the cause of that reaction is white blood cells, specifically lymphocytes, that have become rebellious and attack substances that are actually harmless to the body. It has been found that when these rebellious lymphocytes are reestablished inside individuals with allergic responses, antibodies were formed which blocked their allergic reactions. Since urine contains some of these rebellious lymphocytes, researchers surmised that giving patients their own urine would effectively reestablish the lymphocytes inside their bodies, thus blocking their allergies. There is evidence indicating that this treatment has been effective.

What Type of Urine?

The ideal urine for this type of therapy is from the first urination in the morning, as this is when the urine contains the most nutrients. It is best to use the midstream of the urine as the initial part of the stream will clean the urinary passage and the last part of the stream holds the least amount of nutrients.
If one is consuming more than a glass of urine a day, it is suggested to wait at least an hour after consuming food before ingesting the urine. And if a person is drinking several glasses of their own urine, a diet low in protein and salt is recommended.
If an individual is having difficulties ingesting their urine, urinating more frequently and diluting it with water may assist in making it weaker in taste and smell. As well, monitoring the type of foods an individual eats will impact the smell and strength of taste. For example, high protein foods may result in a stronger tasting urine. It should also be noted that in order for urine therapy to have maximum effectiveness, the urine must contain the necessary nutrients, so it is important that an individual eat healthy, nutritious food and avoid convenience foods.

Conclusion

Urine is believed by some to be a cure for various conditions and diseases. It is said to become more pure as the body filters it and as a result, will cleanse, free obstruction and rebuild vital organs and passages if they have been negatively impacted by disease. While there are many people around the world who believe in the benefits of urine therapy, there are also many who advise people to be cautious when considering alternate forms of medicine and specifically ingesting one’s own urine as there are concerns of ingesting toxins that may be harmful to the body. These are two opposing viewpoints and research can be found to support each.
