Don't Wail Until You Become Ill

Today marked my 36th day on Urine Therapy.

________________________________
You don’t have to be unhealthy to begin imbibing your own water. In fact prudence would say ‘Don’t wait until you become ill’ – it is equally effective as a preventative as it is a curative.

Don’t wait for symptoms of disease to appear before starting urine therapy. Your body is whispering to you the whole time, telling you what is in or out of balance, but we have learned or been taught to ignore these faint whispers and when illness exhibits itself in strong symptoms your body is SHOUTING at you.

The former Prime Minister of India was a strong advocate of urine therapy and lived in good health to be 100 years old. He claimed his good health was a result of his drinking and massaging with urine every day and he certainly didn’t appear to wrinkle with age!

Wrinkles start appearing from an early age even though you might not be aware of it. It can start forming when you are as young as nineteen years old! There are certain things that you must religiously avoid while you are getting anti-wrinkle treatment.
There are a few simple things that you can do to help slow the process. Direct sunrays are very damaging so avoid them. Ensure that your mosturiser has AHA. AHA is alpha-hydroxy acids that contains vitamin A and extracts from natural products like sugar cane. They also have derivatives from fruits and milk. Moreover they fight against free radicals which cause great damage to your skin.
Always remember to exfoliate. It is very important to remove the dead cells to prevent accumulation. This way the moisturizer is more effective. Always use a sunscreen before stepping out of doors. In case you dont apply sunscreens then ensure that your moisturiser has a high SPF value. Wear sunglasses if you don’t want crow’s feet.
There is only a limited amount that can be done externally. You need to eat healthy to stay fit and young. Try to avoid food which is excesively spicy or fatty. You have to see that you have omega 3 and 6 and enough of fatty acids. These build skin structure so make sure that you have them in plenty. Smoke and drink as less as possible.
Exercise helps improve blood circulation and so makes your skin glow. To get a radiant look on your skin, you must exercise. You must also go through this checklist. See that you drink enough water if your urine is not colorless you know you’re not drinking as much water as you should.
In your diet make sure you have nuts and seeds, they are very good for the skin. Most importantly get plenty of sleep. You should lie straight on you back. You should use textiles or fibers that cause you the least damage skin- wise. Visit doctor regularly.
The thing that you should avoid the most is stress and anxiety. Anxiety and stress causes sleeplessness and due to this your skin appears dull and lifeless. Your skin will have a fresh look only if your body gets the rest it requires.

The Complete Guide To Urine Therapy

Today marked my 27th day on Urine Therapy. I have decided to stop my diabetic medication and see how urine therapy could help in controlling and healing my disease. Will be going for medical review on Sep 2011. This will give a 2-month trial to see the effectiveness of urine therapy.

I was enormously impressed by this book. Its author strikes me as a responsible and highly intelligent person who has made an important discovery and wishes, for humanitarian reasons, to make it known to the world.

Kroon first became interested in urine therapy in India after sustaining a serious injury to his foot. When instead of healing, the foot gradually grew worse, someone suggested that he use urine compresses. Having nothing to lose he decided to give it a try - and it worked! He then set about researching the subject, both in India and the West, and 'The Golden Fountain - The Complete Guide to Urine Therapy' brings us the fruits of his research and his years of practical experience.

Although not a large book it's packed with an enormous amount of fascinating and valuable information, too much to even begin to adequately describe. After a brief Introduction, Kroon takes up the history of Urine therapy in both the West - where it was used to cure innumerable complaints in earlier centuries - and in the East.
Urine, we learn, has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-cancer properties. Also, by strengthening the immune system and correcting the imbalance which underlies most disease, it can in many cases help to cure just about anything, and it has other valuable properties too.

A chapter on Applications is included which describes the various ways urine can be used, both internally and externally, to promote health, beauty, longevity, and even sexual potency! Detailed instructions are given on drinking, bathing, gargling, douching, eye and ear drops, sniffing, massage, compresses, rubbings, foot and hip baths, scalp and hair massages, and other applications.
Chapter 5 is devoted to the 'Medical and Scientific Aspects of Urine Therapy.' In it we learn that urine, far from being the nasty stuff most of us suppose, is a veritable natural pharmacy. It is a sterile liquid, filtered from the blood by our kidneys, and consists of energized structured water plus upwards of some 200 substances.

Among these substances are such things as amino acids, proteins, enzymes, vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, B6,B12, ascorbic acid, etc.), hormones (gonadotropin, vasopressin, cortisone, testosterone, oestrogen, etc.) urea, allantoin, DHEA, H-11, HUD, Interleukin, prostaglandin, and so on.

Some of these are in fact being extracted from urine by today's pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, repackaged, and sold to us under various names - though without of course telling us where they came from. Chapter 5 concludes with a 60-item bibliography of the scientific literature.
The book then moves on to a section of personal testimonies from people around the world who have experienced the remarkable health-promoting powers of urine therapy. Their general attitude is pretty well summed up by one gentleman from India who wrote: "Urine therapy is the gift of God - a panacea - for human beings and animals" (page 80).

Kroon's is a remarkably rich and interesting book, contains much about the How's and Why's and Wherefore's that I haven't been able to touch on here, and it can be heartily recommended to all open-minded readers. The book is also extremely well written, has a useful general bibliography, and contains a number of interesting photographs, including one of the author.
His glowing complexion would be the envy of many, and you'd be hard put to find a more vibrant, healthy-looking and bright-eyed individual. One begins to feel that, if this is what urine therapy can do for one's health, well-being, and appearance - it might just be worth a try!
